Makin’ it: glue-free Valentine’s Day decoration

by Whitney on February 12, 2012

in Crafty

Quick idea for a heart that can be taped to the front door, on top of a gift, or dangled in a doorway.

Cut two Pac-Man ghost-shapes from papers with contrasting colors.

See how romantic they are getting?

Over under over under over under.

Trim any excess flaps to make your heart.

Super cool! This is actually a Danish Christmas tradition. My husband taught my niece and nephew how to make these last Christmas … :)

Oh, cool, Kristin! I saw it on a Canadian game website that my kids like (UpToTenKids.com). Their tutorial was too vague, but the idea that those two shapes made a heart was intriguing enough to me that I had to try it for myself! I had never seen it before.
