Wedding registries are great and all, but the real jackpot has got to be baby registries. There are seriously too many cute things to choose from from clothes to nursery necessities to on the go essentials. While you will definitely want to register at a couple different places, make sure Pottery Barn is one of them! Creating a Pottery Barn Baby Registry is definitely a highlight of pregnancy, and I could scroll through their website for hours. I still remember my husband walking out of Pottery Barn with a way too big Teddy Bear for our first child. Pottery Barn has a couple of really awesome collabs that are worth checking out, but they also have all those precious classics with a simple Pottery Barn touch. I’ve put together the 21 items I am totally obsessed with and adding to baby registry without a doubt. Let the spoiling begin!
21 Items I’m Obsessed with for my Pottery Barn Baby Registry
Kicking my list of with an essential; the Rosie Pope Diaper Bag Backpack. Like most new moms I’ve gone back and forth on what kind of diaper bag I want to carry, as it’s going to definitely be something I have with me daily. I think the Rosie Posie really gives me the best of both worlds being a backpack and fits with an on the go lifestyle. Also, it comes in three gorgeous colors and I can’t even decide which is my favorite. It has plenty of storage space and just the right number of pockets. It includes a silicone changing pad and an insulated bottle cooler. Check it out Here!
I bring to you another essential, and this one both baby and mama will love. Tula Baby Carriers have become hugely popular, and I think it is really cool that Pottery Barn has partnered with them to sell the carriers on their site. The carriers allow for natural, ergonomic positioning keeping you comfortable and allowing your baby to develop healthy hip and spine growth. You can carry facing in or outward, meaning we should get lots of use out of this carrier! Check Current Prices Here!
This lounger is beautiful and I won’t deny its looks are part of the reason it made it on my list, but it is also loved by babies and mamas alike as a lounger. It has a smooth gentle rocking motion, which will keep the baby napping while mama gets things done around the house. I love that it is lightweight and small making it easy to move around the house. I am all about baby items that turn into kiddo items. This backseat organizer is something I see us using long down the road. We love to travel and I like the idea of having essentials in our car at all times just in case we head out in a rush and forget something. I’m sure it will start out with things like diapers and wipes and evolve over the years to school supplies and snacks. Check Current Prices Here!
No words, this blanket is just too adorable not to have. Not to mention it looks incredibly cozy and will help us make it through gloomy winter days. I can also totally see using this as the backdrop for some super cute photos. Check out this cute blanket here!
While I find myself saying “aw” to just about every rocker that Pottery Barn sells, this Giraffe Nursery Rocker just really gets me. I love that it is a classic idea with a unique twist. It looks super soft and is supposed to have the perfect gentle rocking motion. You can personalize any Pottery Barn rockers on the wooden piece, which I think is precious! Check current prices here!
I am obsessed with all things knit when it comes to nursery toys. This little elephant is so sweet and I can just see our little one cuddling with it at bedtime someday. It is BPA, phthalate, and lead-free which I think we can all agree we want our little ones toys to be. Check current prices here!
Following along with the Pom Pom theme I seem to have going on, these wash clothes just had to make it on the list. Plus, from what I have heard there is no such thing as too many washcloths. These are 100% organic cotton terry, so they are super soft. Check current prices here!
You know I wasn’t going to make a Pottery Barn Baby registry without adding a crib somewhere in there. I am in love with the versatility of the Mila 4 n 1 crib, featured in our best baby crib article. I think it could fit in seamlessly to any nursery and love that it’s convertible. The crib mattress can be moved to two heights and then can be made into a toddler bed. I really do think this is the one for me! Make sure to check out Pottery Barn for cribs even if this isn’t your favorite because they seriously have so many options. Check Current Prices Here!
How absolutely gorgeous is this chandelier? I wouldn’t hesitate to put it in my own bedroom, but I just have to have it in my nursery. The white wooden beads and neutral accents like the tassel are just the right amount of funky and will bring so much warm light into the room. It might just be my very favorite item on my Pottery Barn baby registry. Check it out here!
I want to soak up every moment of babyhood, and there is not a better reminder than a cute milestone garland that can hang on the wall or be moved for the perfect picture opp. Check current prices here!
I have a serious obsession with anything Rattan, so this mirror is a must have. Plus, mirrors make rooms feel so much bigger so even though the baby might not really need one I like the idea of putting one in the nursery. I think it will play nicely off the Dahlia Chandelier too! Check current prices here!
I can already see these two prints next to each other in the nursery. I want to inspire an adventurous spirit in my little one, and I think the nursery is the best place to start with that. Pottery Barn has tons of other adorable prints as well, there is something for any theme you are going for. Check current prices here!
I am not a huge fan of the idea of wallpaper, except when it comes to nurseries. I think when in nurseries it can just add such a fun touch, especially the Chasing Paper Wallpaper in Mudcloth! For me, it would be perfect on the wall behind the crib and the rest of the walls could be left a bright white. The best part of all is that it is temporary and can be easily peeled off when re-doing the room. Check current prices here!
Hanging shelves are definitely in and I am in love with this one from Pottery Barn that resembles a rope swing. They look really easy to put up. These shelves look so adorable with a couple knick knacks and frames placed on them. Check current prices here!
Sheets are probably the least fun item for your Pottery Barn Baby Registry, but nonetheless I am in love with this simple but playful bedding from Pottery Barn. Plus, every piece is made of 100% organic cotton and completely free from pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. The quilt is probably my favorite piece and I will definitely have it embroidered with initials! Best part of all, I think this bedding can go with any of their adorable fitted sheet options.
Again, I just cannot pick my favorite when it comes to these sheets! I think in a nursery the sheets are even more important than the bedding, since we will probably remove most of the other bedding when the baby is actually sleeping in there. These fitted crib sheets are made of 100% organic cotton, making them both soft and hypoallergenic. Check current prices here!
There is no denying how adorable these are! I think Fawn is my favorite, but the Elephant is definitely a close second. They are woven of thick cotton and terry making them super absorbent and still super soft. While we will probably use this wrap for the bath, I like that it can also be used at the pool or beach. Of course, in order to use those cute critter wraps we are going to need a bathtub. This award-winning tub was featured in our best baby bathtub article. The tub is super versatile with 2 positions for newborns to toddlers. You can put it in your bathtub or right on the floor. I can also be stored very easily because it is collapsible and lightweight. I am not 100% sure what our bathroom will look like, but I do know for sure this adorable bath mat is going to be part of it! It has a non slip backing so it should stay right in place. I think it will be the perfect cushiony place to kneel while bathing the baby. Check current prices here!
This is my favorite jogging stroller of all time and should be on your Pottery Barn Baby Registry if you like to jog. It is so sleek that I love taking it around anywhere. It is lightweight enough to be pushed and maneuvered with one hand. The rear wheels are 16″ so the stroller glides nicely. Plus, it is super easy to fold (you can do it with one hand), then pack it up and throw in the back of your car. This model is also available in a double jogger as well. Check it out here!
Well, that is it, after a fun full day at the Pottery Barn in Costa Mesa, I have my Pottery Barn Baby Registry complete with ridiculous cute items. Let me know if there are some other great items I might be missing. Leave them in the comments.
