The woman behind your behind, Sara Blakely, best known for her invention of SPANX, was struck by a creative impulse during her 40th week of pregnancy, which gave birth to The Belly Art Project.
This coffee table book, whose sale proceeds will go towards Every Mother Counts, is filled with highly stylized photographs of painted pregnant bellies, including a handful of celebrity bellies.
