For Stay at Home Moms, focus one day this week on getting more rest for you. Don’t get out of your PJs in the morning, and as soon as your baby’s first nap starts, jump back in bed. If you can’t fall asleep, read a magazine. During his/her next nap, take a shower and then get back in bed. If you can’t fall asleep, talk on the phone in bed.

I second this idea - I do it all the time! It feels so great to get back into bed, pull up the covers and doze off!
what about mom’s of 7 years olds? i want to get back in bed too! lol
