Activity #31: Cut up your bra

Tip for brand-new breastfeeders: It may sound weird, but I did it and so did my friend Maureen.

Take an old tank top or soft cup bra and cut holes where your nipples go. Seriously.

Wear this whenever your nipples need to be untouched. Preferably not when your father in law is around.

Yes! This is also a great tip for pumping hands-free. Just pop those little cones in there.

Or, for those of us cosleeping in colder climates, wear a shirt with holes cut in it underneath your nightshirt so you can nurse your baby without freezing your stomach off. (Wear with or without a bra!)

i’m sure this would work for girls with smaller chests but for us girl who are “well endowed” it may not be as practical….just my thought. :)
