Less than a mile from where I live is a brilliant design studio for jeans called indi. Whitney’s husband turned me on to them two years ago when they were still beta testing their process, and I fell in love. Hard. Since then, I’ve gotten a ton of compliments and begged my own husband to get some jeans that really fit him.
Custom-made jeans for all body types. Yes, all torso lengths, leg widths, and inseams. For reals. Enter the dimensions of your body into their cool website and choose from hundreds of combinations of rinse, pocket-style, shape, stitching, and other details. So fun to make and so great to wear knowing they fit better than anything else.
What’s the downside? Indi custom jeans are a splurge for many of us. I say if you’re gonna drop more than $100 on jeans, make them be the best ones you’ve ever owned, right?

This not-so-Secret Santa post is the result of me asking the good folks at indi to reward our readers with a pair of jeans. I have a pair and my husband has a pair on order. We paid for them. If you’re still just a few months post-partum, you should not order these. Yet.
Ooh- exciting! I particularly like the custom inseam which is important for us tall gals.
Probably the back pocket embellishment. Sometimes I’ll find jeans at the department store that fit great but have a stupid-looking or juvenile thing going on on the back pocket!
I love the custom back pocket. It’s hard to find plane jane pockets these days. Also love the custom rinses!
Oh man – you can even customize the type of belt loops you want! How rad is that?!?

I would just love to have a pair of jeans that actually fits my waist and thighs. Usually if they’re big enough for my thighs.. they’re too big for my waste. Always!

I love that I can customize the hem on a trouser style jean. I love the refined look of trouser jeans, but the larger hems never look good on me.
Inseam to my specification and to not to have a flare on the trouser is amazing!
Custom inseam is great, I’m shorter than regular jeans but too tall for petite, it would be great to have a pair of jeans I don’t have to tailor!

I love that I can choose the hem width on the pants! I love a wider hem and often make them when i hem jeans for friends, but as a tall girl, can never actually have them on my own.
I love that you can choose the material, and it’s just not stretch or no stretch. Then of course the detailed pockets, etc. What an awesome idea!!!
I like that you can choose the rise. It’s nice to have an option between plumber-style and “mom jeans”.
Oh my goodness so many great features! The waist adjustment and thigh shape are my favorites as those are the hardest part for me to fit properly in comparison to my waist. Wow, if only these options were standard in other jeans I could so use a properly fitting pair of jeans!
I LOVE that I can have a tab-loop trouser without a flared leg– flares (after I hem them to the right inseam) on a shorter woman like me always look out of place. It would be FANtastic to have a jean with legs that don’t look “off” on me!
What part don’t I love? How I wish I could own some. pick me!

Love the hem choices and the pocket embellishment options. Mostly, though, the custom sizing would be great because I have kind of unusual measurements.
As someone who will gladly spend a ridiculous amount of money on a nice pair of jeans, I sooo appreciate this company! And the Rookie Moms discount! I’d be nervous to buy a pair before trying them on though…

I would love to have a pair of jeans that I LOVE, but I’ve never had the patience to try on a million jeans (or, truthfully, the cash for the really expensive ones)…but maybe santa will be good to me this year. I’m definately sending my sister here–the dressing room drama with her when it comes to finding jeans is legendary in my family! My favorite feature of the custom built jeans?? Very cool to customize the stretch-i-ness of the jeans. I hate having jeans stretch out and get a little saggy as the day goes on.
I love the fact that as a tall women there are cute jeans that I can pick the back pocket. or the zipper… I can’t choose!! But I do love being able to pick the pocket design

I would love a pair of custom jeans- and I love that you can decide on the back & front pockets. I love trouser jeans but they always have those slit style pockets. Great that you can design a pair with normal pockets that would fit a cell phone.

I like how you can pick whether you want a low rise or average rise jean. I hate how all funky jeans that I like have a low rise, and so I always end up wearing tank tops under my tops just to cover up!

This makes me so happy!!! Custom jeans…wowzer!!! I have had issues with jeans because of my height or size…having to go up a size only to be too big and praying that it will shrink in the wash…but soon becomes baggy and sloppy
