I go to yardsales and find assorted items like gift wrap, buttons, beads, yarn, craft sticks and old material. Then I put them in a big box of similiar items at home. We take the box out, put it on the table and just start making things. The kids come up with the craziest, prettiest, most imaginative doo-dads I’ve ever seen. They love tapping into their artistic energy.
