I asked my husband why they blur the license plates… he said it was because you can get addresses and names with the plate info, which anyone can do walking past your car. But they blur them on TV because since it is an identifier they have to have a release to show it.

I don’t know if it is 100% correct but sounded good to me

I absolutely love the idea of a something a little flashier than normal, with a fun story, being part of your otherwise normal life. Putting something like that on your car is fantastic.

Oh, and good call on rearranging your numbers. I don’t know what the actual risk would be either, but I do follow the same practice that if a reality show is regularly doing it, it’s time to be aware and follow suit.

That is awesome…my husband got me a newspaper subscription:). And to many it may be a gift fail, but what he really got me was a year of leisurely Sunday mornings over coffee and pancakes without having to run out or go without my beloved Sunday paper:). And for the record….I may have given him new underwear….:/
