While I was overweight before I got pregnant, I've lost it all plus some by making sure my calories in are always less than my calories out. 55+ lbs (and 4 sizes) down, and almost to my goal :-)

And yeah, my fingers are not the only part of me that is shrinking. Sigh.

Hear, hear! I weigh less than I did before I got pregnant, but have a paunch I never had before. No matter what I do, I can't seem to lose it.

The smaller part of me? The bubbies! They deflated after 8 months of BF.

Trying to convince the husband to let me do lipo and a boob job. He's not biting, yet.

Hi Angela,
You may be doing the wrong ab work out! if you start right up doing sit-ups and crunches with out really strengthening the transverse abs first, your outer abs won't be supported well and some women look several months pregnant still. I have found that I have had more trouble this time around.

Yes! I actually weaned about 9 months ago, but my middle is paunchier (is that a word) than ever! I've been running like a crazy (momma) woman 5 days a week for the last 3 months--semi training for a 15K run and simultaneously trying to slim down a little. It's a strange situation to look a little heavier (in the middle particularly) now than I did 1 month after my daughter (2nd child) was born, no?
