I loved the video!!! I hope you ladies crank out more!
You two are so camera-friendly! You seem at ease… and I love your necklaces. Really.
I would have loved a funny anecdote in there — or a short story? Say, about your kids fighting over toys? Or, having to clean up all the toys after a long day? Just an idea… Keep goin!
I think videos are great! I’m new to your blog so not yet familar with all the advice you give but I can see videos as a great way to demenstrate a lot of different tips or even toy demenstrations.
The video is great! I love watching videos, however, I don’t get to watch them very often. I usually visit your site quickly during the work day so I can’t watch them often at work. When I get home, the two kids demand my attention so there’s no chance of watching them there.
I enjoyed the video clip! I think it is a great way to connect with your readers. One toy topic you could cover is the age appropriateness of toys. Shopping for gifts this year, I was tempted to purchase toys above the age recommendation for my nieces and nephews, because they already seem so big, smart, and capable. Age recommendations also take into account maturity of the materials and attention span requirements. It would be interesting to hear from toy companies how they make these decisions. Keep up the good work ladies!
great video. Its nice to see bloggers actually talking to
the camera as opposed to just putting up youtube videos! Regarding
toys and their huge expense, we buy from e-bay a lot. Our son is 20
months and all of his toys are washable and large pieces so as soon
as we get the toys they get bleached in the bath! The savings of
using 2nd or 3rd hand toys are astounding. We know we have saved
hundreds, if not thousands of dollars and our son has an
overflowing toy room (that might be another video that maybe Rivka
Caroline can do for you! Mom to 7!!!) Thanks for the great video
and keep up the amazingness that is Rookiemoms.com
Video….hmmmm…I’m usually reading via iPhone, while nursing in the middle of the night, so videos make it a bit hard. I have a list of videos that I always intend to go back and watch….but…
But they are pretty useful. We’re having a similar debate…
