Oooo....Elizabeth - I'd love to take that on! Let me do a little research and work on another post for girls with "badass hips"!
xo,
S
ps. Fashion should (hopefully) be fun. That said, I often end up in an outfit that bombs. Oh, well. Live and laugh. I learn more from mistakes, anyway.

I have loved every single suggestion, now I just need to confidence to dress up a little in public :-( Fashion is not my forté. Also, what about some love for the, um, curvy girls? Like, say, the one with some badass hips?

Hi Marci! The bag is Marc Jacob's "Pretty Nylon Hobo" from a couple of years ago. They've since changed the styling somewhat (I think the hobo is now smaller) and have come out with a HUGE tote. Norstroms carries both, or you should be able to find it by googling "marc jacobs pretty nylon".

Tegan and Tage -- I forgot to mention a few options for you! I'm NOT tall, but do (oddly enough) have very long arms. Seriously long goon arms. The J.Crew tissue turtleneck's are decently long, it might be worth a shot, but the one turtleneck that I KNOW will work is Theory's Elizabeth turtleneck. It's super lightweight, has great drape, and is very long in both the body and the arms. It's expensive, however....around $80. I'm having trouble finding a black one at the moment, but South Moon Under has a charcoal version. They usually come out with new colors every winter, so keep your eyes open!

Hey Gang - thanks for the feedback! You are totally right - large chests should avoid turtlenecks. However, you can get the same vibe (but in a more flattering way) by swapping the turtleneck out for a cowl-neck. Cowl-necks are are super flattering for busty gals! Ann Taylor (and Ann Taylor Loft) have great ones at the moment.

I don't have a boob situation, but I am very tall... so finding a longer turtle neck (with equally long sleeves) is my challenge. I'll have to head over to ANMJ to look for suggestions.
