Outside of the side door of my house lives an attractive collection of strollers and their cousin, the red wagon. I am using the word “attractive” sarcastically. There’s the single stroller, the jogger, the double. And I’m not the one who is the stroller whore.

It really reminds me that my family is living not-a-completely-urban lifestyle. Sure we have a cafe, produce market, and wine shop two blocks away. We walk to preschool and the park when the weather is nice. But we also have our own driveway and a backyard. This allows us to park unlimited wheels in and around our garage.
What if I had stayed in NYC where I went to college? Well – let’s not go there right now because I will be rambling for a long long time – but let’s assume I would not own so many strollers. And the one I did have would be either cluttering my front hall or hanging outside my apartment door, reminding my neighbors that the whining and crying they hear from 5 to 7 pm every evening is indeed coming from #7A.
Do you need to get a stroller out of the way? We’re giving away the StrollAway pictured above (courtesy of MetroTots) and hang it up high.
COMMENTS ARE CLOSED FOR THIS GIVEAWAY. WE’LL DRAW A WINNER BEFORE MONDAY.

I would be storing the the big daddy-we have a Double City Mini for our 2 year old twins. I would LOVE to win this! We live in a rather small SF apt and this would totally help! Cool giveaway!
maybe if I had this thing, my husband would let me keep the graco duo.
Our citymini! It folds up very small, but also very round, which means you can’t really LEAN it anywhere – it turns into a whole gravity/vector science experiment. Gah! It needs a hangin’ – plz plz plz!
I would be storing the “small daddy,” compared to Jill. I have Baby Jogger’s City Mini and would LOVE (love love love) to hang it from the garage door, as opposed to staining the white carpet-filled closet with it’s dirty, Chicago wheels.
I would be stowing my daughters graco stroller so it won’t take up my whole trunk storage or the entrance of my apartment when were not using it.
As that person who is living in NYC & in an apartment where the front room is cluttered with baby stuff I’d love one of these. I’d be storing a Bugaboo Bee.
I would be storing my Chicco Cortina. I would love to have it out of storage in the trunk of my car.
I would be storing our Graco, that otherwise sits outside (under the staircase) and gets nasty (and possibly stolen). Definitely no garage or driveway in New Orleans apartment!
I would store our brand new Baby Trend Swivvel Jogger stroller for the little one on the way!
I would be storing the “medium daddy” compared to Jill and Hannah. I have the Baby Jogger City Classic. We live on the second floor of a house in Toronto (please say I still qualify!) and it’d be nice to have it off the floor in the shared front entrance hallway. Especially on snowy days!
I’d be storing my Silver Cross Pop! Love it, but don’t love it laying in the corner of the kitchenb…
i’d be hanging the baby jogger city classic. as it is it sits out on our stoop where we stumble and squeeze around it every time we go in or out. i’d love to put it up and out of the way when we aren’t using it!
I would need to get a couple – graco duo, babytrend stow and go, and a combi single too! I hate clutter, but I love strollers…
I’d be storing our Maclaren. We live in the city but have a (small) house rather than an apartment, so we get lazy about putting things away despite it feeling cluttered.
Bob Revolution single. It stays in the car because there is no floor room in the apartment. This would be nice.
Our jogger!! Or the Graco, or the umbrella…do we really need all these strollers because my son won’t sit in ANY.OF.THEM!! Oh well….we would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to put it up out of the way, so my husband would stop “accidentally” running it over with his car
I need to regain some real estate on the garage floor so the BOB Revolution would be first on the list for stowing. Second will be whatever double we end up getting now that number two is on the way!
I’d love to be able to get my son’s Graco stroller out of the back of my car!
I’d be storing our Metrolite stroller
I’d love to store our Graco Stroller up high! It’s so useful, but so clunky!
This would be for a Graco travel stroller.
I could sure use this to store my peg perego pliko 3 that sits in our entryway…
I’d be storing our 2nd stroller, a Maclaren Volo (we’re allowed to keep our Metrolite in the building hallway). Thanks!!
It’s more like what stroller won’t I be storing. I would hang one of our three Maclarens (Volo, Easy Traveller, and Quest) or in a few months some kind of double stroller for my baby bunch. My building and car will thank you for getting the stroller out of the lobby and trunk.
i would be storing my graco stroller.
We’re in the market for a double jogger which would go in our car, but since we live in an apartment space is limited– I could use two of these! The first one I’d probably need to store is our Maclaren Techno single stroller inside our coat closet. It’s a go-to when I have the baby in the sling and need something for our older child. Though, living on the second floor makes taking any stroller downstairs a challenge, which is why both live in our car right now. But the Maclaren is the lightest and easiest to carry.
I’d be storing my Mutsy stroller! This would be so helpful in our small apartment.
I have a Chicco right now (single), but I’m going to be getting a double hopefully and I hanging them up would be perfect!
Oh, we could SO use this. Within the past month, I managed to hit the Snap n Go with my car and then my husband hit our single Peg Perego with his car. Neither are completely broken, but it definitely wasn’t good for them. I would most like to hang up our Sit & Stand though, mainly so it doesn’t become the next victim – I have plans to use it for a couple more years! Thanks!
I would be storing my son’s Jeep Liberty huge clunky stroller. It stays in the trunk of my car, and is the only thing that stays there, nothing else could fit, and no way would I bring it inside where it would take up too much space. The house is crowded enough!!
I also went to Barnard but raise my babe in the suburbs, and it blows my mind that urban moms manage to schlep their gear in and out of apartments. I can’t quite see hanging the Jeep Overland jogging stroller on our door, so we’d use the StrollAway for the as-yet-unselected lightweight stroller our one-year-old is ready for.
I would hopefully be storing a bumbleride -it is on our registry!
I’ll be storing my son’s big graco stroller
i’d be storing my daughter’s baby jogger city mini. we live in a tiny apartment in oakland, so we’d appreciate the space saver!
I will be strolling my big graco stroller I have for my daughter.
I would be getting our peg perego pliko p3 out of our hallway …
I would hang my maclaren umbrella stroller
I would use it to store my Graco stroller.
I would be storing a Chicco Capri Stroller
Since I don’t think my doors would be able to support the weight of our baby jogger city elite I would love to be able to use it for our Maclaren Twin Traveller. There really isn’t alot of room for all of us in our little apartment, let alone all the strollers.
We have a Babylove Focus Stroller. I’d love to tuck it away behind the door.
We have a lovely second hand maclarern stroller
We would store our maclaren!!
We live in a one-bedroom apartment – I’d be storing my daughter’s Bugaboo Bee.
I looove my InStep double jogger. We have actually worn the tires through on this thing. It makes walking with the kids a dream. Of course it is HUGE and doesn’t pack away nicely.
We just got the Graco Quattro Tour dexule! Don’t know where we’re going to store it though…!
OMG- I love this! I live in the city and have a gigantic BOB double stroller that I love but have trouble storing! I also have a Graco double stroller that I fear running over in our teeny tiny garage. Help!
I would love to get our joovy kooper out of the way!
I have really wanted one of these, but they are spendy (out of my budget). Hope you pick my name for the contest! I’ll be storing a Maclaren Volo.
This would be perfect to store the bumbleride indie that we are getting for our new baby due to arrive shortly!
