They had 2 hours of free child watch so I was able to exercise for an hour then shower and get dressed at the gym. Not only did it give me some “me” time but I also got the benefit of establishing a habit of exercising at the gym regularly!

For truly indulgent me time, we hire a babysitter. Of course, sometimes the stars align and I have the benefit of concurrent naps times. That’s the best:)
