Am I crazy? Maybe but my mama gave me ice cream at 3 months old and I turned out ok enough. What about just a taste? Yum.

I’ve given my daughter ice cream before (she’s 7 months old) and she’s FINE. I’ve considered buying soy milk ice cream just for her. I’m going to ask the doctor if she can have it for a treat after her next appointment. I can’t imagine why she couldn’t!!
Amy, let us know what you find out!
I haven’t shared ice cream yet because my tummy doesn’t like milk products – but I have shared my favorite Tropical Snowcone with my 4 1/2 month old … I sometime have gulty nightmares about giving her basically frozen sugar when she hasn’t even had her first foods yet… but it hasn’t stopped me. I love her face when it’s cold on her tougue and the way she smacks her lips over and over tasting the sweetness. I am already starting a savings account just for the dentist bill.
