The last couple of days I was out of town with my 6 month old. I wanted to eat lunch and didn’t want to do the fast food thing just out of ease of not taking my DS into a place. So we went ventured out. Of course he got upset and was grabbing at my sandwich. So out of hesitation and thinking he wouldn’t like it I gave him the pickle to try… He loved it instantly!!!

I gave Mason a lemon wedge once, sat back and waited with my camera to get that scrunched-up face– only to have him devour it like it was candy. Not even a flinch.

Pickles though… we don’t eat those often in our house, I’ll have to try it next time we’re out at a restaurant and get one with a sandwich.
