I feel a bit of despair that if Apple can’t solve our parenting questions, there truly might not be one answer to make it all go perfectly…how is this possible?

@Kanwal, I do have help and not just Siri. When our babies were only babies, we started this site during naptime and worked on it after bedtime. For fun and sanity, we brainstormed fun things to do with a baby in tow. Now our children are in school so that’s a huge difference. Right now, I snuck in here while my husband is at the breakfast table with everyone.

Whitney and I believe the first year of a baby’s life is a HUGE transition not to be underestimated. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re doing it right… but you might also need some help because that’s okay too.

I recently came across your site and I like quite many posts. I have a question if you don’t mind answering in detail. How do you manage baby, toddler, housework, sleep and updating this site? I am having difficulties managing things. I have a 9 month old baby and he is super active. When he naps then I clean, cook, shower, laundry etc. When he gets up then I am busy with him as he needs constant attention. By 9 pm I am exhausted, have no energy left. Maybe I am not managing my time adequately. Can you please shed some light on your daily routine? Do you have help? What can I do differently to balance things? Please help!

The suggestion of a hotel is priceless. Obviously Siri’s subtle way of saying that the baby’s NEVER going to sleep; get out of there and get yourself to a hotel, stat!
