He knows what it's for. You can ask him in two languages and he'll answer in both. He knows how to get there, pull his pants down and sit. He also knows how to tell us in both languages that he has already peed and already pooped, and even that he wants to go to the potty. And yet...he won't do it. I think it's his way of getting back at me for getting pregnant. Or he wants to dive me insane. One of the two. Gabriel just turned three and he absolutely has zero interest in using the potty. I truly believe that this is the part of parenting no one talks about because it can be so frustrating. Parents have absolutely. no. control. We're still dealing with occasional issues here with our Miralaxed almost four year old. It's funny, the most progress often occurred when we just kind of gave up and accepted the dirty bottom.
