It costs $1 per week (you pay up front for 1 year) and while they suggest as many (or few) meals as you want (breakfast, lunch, dinner), you can add or sub in other recipes from their database OR YOU CAN PUT YOUR OWN IN.  It&#039;s terrific.]]></description>
