Inauguration with the MOMocrats

I was excited to join the MOMocrats this morning to watch the historic inauguration and eat some oatmeal. I left my house before 7am to drive from Berkeley to Palo Alto on my way to work in San Francisco. If you live nearby, you know that these places are not very conveniently located.

Of course, it was warm inside. Not like 14 degrees wind chill. So I can’t really complain.

I spent a lot of time curled in a ball with giddiness tearing up with emotion or staring at the TV trying to photograph something interesting. One of my favorite moments was when we all stood up to sing lip sync our national anthem.

Thanks for letting me join the party, Stefania!
