I used to do this, probably when you were kids, for my children. Sometimes I would write their names in pancake batter. They LOVED it. One of my daughters now makes pancake shapes for her own children. Plus, she mixes all sorts of healthy ingredients into her pancake batter like blueberries and spinach.
