Did I mention how jealous I am of Milo’s freckles. They are so cute. I can’t believe I didn’t have a freckle-faced kid. My mom and I were both huge freckle-bombs as kids.

I LOVE HIPSTAMATIC!!
My absolutely favorite lens is the Roboglitter in one of the expansion packs. It gives this cool starburst effect like this: http://www.flickr.com/photos/wendycopley/4607381325/in/set-72157623980350902/

Also, you can change the viewfinder mode from “classic” to “precision framing” to give you better control over what makes it into your photos. To do this, you need to go into the Settings menu for your phone (not in the Hipstamatic app), choose “Hipstamatic” from the menu and then click on the “Viewfinder Mode” item. I liked the randomness of classic mode, but as a control freak, I’m much happier now that I can exclude the dirty dishes in my photos.

The one add-on I would highly recommend is the black and white film. Totally takes crap photos and makes them look more artsy:
