My son really likes melted shredded cheese on crackers - usually triscuits, but when we're out of that it's usually some kind of tortilla chips. Easiest snack to make - just sprinkle the cheese over some crackers, stick it in the microwave for 30 seconds and you're done!

Growing up, I didn't care much for white milk, so my parents always added a squirt or two of chocolate syrup—and it made all the difference. Drinking a glass of milk every night was mandatory in their household. :)

I don't throw a party without serving cheese and crackers. Whether it's for my family with young kids, adults and the elderly or just a group of my friends, it's always a staple. The cheese is usually the only thing I never have leftovers of the next day :)

Awesome snack ideas. I've recently been a big fan of blending yogurt, a bit of milk and fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) as a filling snack. Consider freezing after blending for more of a sorbet treat!

I love nothing more than laughing cow cheese. I'm a tad lactose intolerant (I found out everyone is just a little bit) so I found cheese goes easiest with my stomach. :-)

I have been a big milk drinker/yougurt+cheese eater/egg scrambler all my life and we always had milk at dinnertime at my house. I used to love taking field trips to local farms when I was little, and milking the cows was always my favorite part. It was cool to see the pictures from your trip, it definitely brought back childhood memories!

One thing I like doing especially in the summer is using strawberry yogurt and cream cheese as a fruit dip. There are so many great meals/snacks/dips/sauces that you can make with dairy products.

Milk, am I fan??? Yes! My middle daughter, Alicia, I nicknamed 'Milk Baby.' She absolutely loves milk, which is great because her other two sisters are lactose intolerant. But, they love ice cream, milk, and cheese just the same...lower intakes because they won't give it up! My little one...I love to give her shredded cheese while I am cooking breakfast on Sat and Sun morning, or else, she's trying to cook standing in a chair over my hot stove (she really wants to be a Julia Childs :-) Milk...gotta love it!
