The contest is now closed, y’all! But the rest of the post is still good. This month, we’re excited to share the chance to win a $50 gift card on giggle.com to one lucky reader!
But first, I want to share a few favorite mobiles. Since I’m on my third baby, acquiring a mobile wasn’t high on my list. Now that Sawyer is looking around more, I’m trying to find the perfect one so I can do indulgent things like shower and make dinner.
Here are a few contenders:
This jungle mobile of plush animals is made with organic cotton. So cute.
These floating sheep are relaxing and peaceful. I also like that it doesn’t scream BABY which makes me think I could hang it somewhere in my home as art (or is that like thinking you’ll wear a bridesmaid dress again?).
I’m embarrassed to admit, but I think this infant stim mobile makes a baby smarter. My friend Val had one for her daughter six years ago and I was jealous.
This skwish mobile might be the right combination of relaxing and stimulating.
Am I overthinking this? Argh. I hate indecision!
On our giggle GAB blog recently:
On Celebrating Baby’s First Halloween: As worked up as I personally get over Halloween, I realize it’s not for everyone. So if you are not an observer of Halloween, rest assured that you get a pass during your first year as a parent. Your baby will be none the wiser. Be warned however (insert wicked laugh), that as you move forward in your parenting career, expectations will heighten. More »
My Pregnancy Bucket List: The last few weeks of pregnancy are tricky. Not only is it a huge mystery when the baby will actually make an appearance, but also I’m uncomfortable, itchy and cranky. My proposed remedy is to fill my calendar with nurturing fun activities to keep myself amused and entertained. This is my third pregnancy, so I’m strategic: I will also throw in a few nesting tasks so I can cross some items off my to-do list. More »

So many wonderful options! I would use it towards a Cubino toddler chair-my toddler would be so excited!
I love those organic striped jammies!!
The owl storage bin!! My daughter is 20 months old, we need all the toy and clothes storage we can get!
We’ve got a Giggle Harper crib on the way to us for our first-born—very excited!—and would love to get the toddler bed kit too. So hard to choose with all the fun options, though!
Would love to try out the Mustela line of baby-care products! Love the sheep mobile too
I love the elephant clock, it will go perfectly in the nursery!
The best mobile I saw, and almost made (until having a newborn suddenly got hard) was pinwheels hanging from wooden dowels. My biggest pet peeve about mobiles is that most of them look great from mom or dad’s point of view, but baby only sees the bottom of them. The best ones are the ones that “face” baby.
I might buy the babyPro All-in-One!
Definitely the mobile!
I would totally put it towards the all seasons house. My two year old would FREAK OUT if that was under the tree for Christmas!
I feel GUILTY over the fact that I have a 2yo and a 7 month old and I STILL haven’t given them a mobile! I even made fabric birds with the intention of making one out of tree branches… and yet the birds are just sitting in my to do pile. Argh!
On to the GIVEAWAY: I would love to buy girl #2 something new and special… like the GOOD EARTH FAIRY DOLL! How adorable!
I personally think mobiles are cute, but over rated as useful items.
I would get the bath squirters, as I have noticed we need some bath toys (and though I have four kids, and toys tend to accumulate, bath toys sometimes get tossed if a horrible biological event occurs).
I’ve got my eye one some of the toddler dresses or the cute wooden toys.
I’d love to get the Cuddle Me Infant Bodysuit

Oh my, so many options!!! I personally LOVE the sheep mobile (our nursery theme is Sweet Lambs), but the bath toys would be very practical considering our little water baby
I totally NEED a Bugaboo Donkey stroller! I feel like that would be the perfect product for now while I have just the one lil’ 10 month old girl… and it will continue to be perfect when baby #2 starts comin’ round the mountain! Yay!
I would have to say clothes! I just discovered this week that my one year old only owns two pairs of pants… one of them camo! Time to get some stuff for fall!
lizcrewzn (at) mac (dot) com
I like the sheep mobile! Since we are on week 4 of cold here, I feel the need to stock up on cleaning supplies and I love that Giggle has their own brand of safe products! Thanks for hosting!
Owl storage bins! They are so cute and my daughter’s theme is owls. Or should I say my theme since she’s only one
We need a new tub: I like the Eurobath Tub.
Some sophie the giraffes for baby gifts!
I would love some new plates and bowls with separate spaces for foods, dips, etc.
I would get my baby some shoes to keep his feet warm this winter. Hopefully he wouldn’t be able to pull them off as easily as he pulls off his socks.
I like the design your own super hero cape.
i would get a few pairs of
Giggle Better Basics Stripe Toddler Training Pants
cindy0462@gmail.com
More baby toys for my second child that aren’t handmedowns!
I just KNOW my boys would totally dig the ‘Musical Band’ drum toy… and my little one would also love that alphabet abacus. TOYS!!!
I LOVE the wheely bugs! I want the cow – my 2 year old would love it!! (he’s going to be a cow for halloween, too!!)
Would love to use it towards new a car seat! My son is almost out of his infant one!
I’d have to go for the sit and rock toys. My twin boys are ready to take those on!
The Circle Bunny mobile and the Mitla romper in Ivory! Ooops thats more than $50!
The striped long johns are great or dino daysack is super cute!
I would use it towards a really nice blanket – we don’t have one yet and our little one is due in four weeks!
Bugaboo donkey stroller for my babies!!!
Definitely one of the bugaboo strollers! I need a double stroller now that #2 is on the way!
Wow – so much to choose!! Great giveaway – would put it towards whatever I need after my baby shower!
I would love to get the Tiny Transportation Trio Airplane.
I think the Reversable Shrug and Primary Stripe Pants
On baby #2 and if it’s a girl I will need alot! I only have boy stuff! Would lOve to get some cute decorations for the nursery!
Oh. So much fun stuff. I’d have to go with the musical band. My daughter loves drums.
I love the hooded bath kimono–I know that would leave me with a little $$ to spare, but I’m registered for the owl bedding so I’m sure it wouldn’t be difficult to use up the rest.
Shoes. Maybe the Slip On Shoes – Choo Choo.
I want half of the store – but now that we’ve started solids with our little guy, we really could use some of the Splish Splat Mats!
well since we need a new carseat then i am going to have to choose the graco smartseat all-in-one
my 6 month old is a bit on the larger side at 21 pounds… lol
I love the sleep/awake door signs for baby.
Oh I love the ABC blocks-it has both upper and lowercase.
I’d get the Maclaren Universal Organizer and one of those adorable striped onesies on the front page! I have a Maclaren stroller and I love it, but I’ve been longing for the organizer.
Def would spend it on something potty related!
thanks for the contest! i would spend it on the baby bjorn travel crib so that we can bring it to grandma and grandpa’s house for naps.
I really like the olivia diaper bag
