@Nila, We do not pay him for chores. Yet. We will but we don’t. There are a few unpaid jobs he is expected to do for being a part of the family, as well as the unearned revenue.

Wow Heather! I just read your repost of your allowance post and I realize that I am a cheap b***ard when it comes to allowance. We give Z 10 cents a day for helping to set the table. A really big helper day (when he helps with dinner gets him 40cents- which he usually takes me up on once a week). He actually set the prices! I hope the word doesn’t get out at the JCC about Holden’s allowance! I am curious, does he just get the money or is it for contributing to the house, or do you do that type of this separately. Thanks in advance for your strong opinion…
