We are super geeky and we have URLs for both of our kids… we have infrequently-updated blogs there now and the grandparents check them now and again. Eventually, they’ll take them over and do whatever they want with them. And now that I think about it, the names we chose for our kids was partially affected by whether or not those URLs were available
