Toe-sucking is one of those things you watch your baby do but can hardly believe it’s true! My one-year-old sometimes sits in a “butterfly” position and folds himself in half to suck (and chew, I think!) on his toes.
My other favorite is the way he tries to climb up on the couch. He stands in front of it and sticks his leg out at a 90 degree angle. Seriously?!
My daughter can literally be sitting up crying, then fall over in a ball, asleep. It’s the strangest, most amazing thing. I do need to videotape it.
This reminds me of the experiment the famous athlete..was it Jim Thorpe… did.
He tried to copy a babys movements for just a few minutes and collapsed in exhaustion. And this was a real athlete…we cant do most things babies do (except eat)
