While I’m sitting around nursing and diaper changing and nursing and nursing, I wanted to share with you a video of me last year distributing diapers to a community in the Bay Area. I wanted to add, “Please ignore the bad hair,” but frankly, if you could see me right now, six days postpartum, you’d think I look excellent in this video.
I’ve been so proud of the work we can do to help diaper every little bottom, and it was especially rewarding to be on the front lines passing out diapers. Can you imagine making 22 diapers stretch for 2 weeks? I can’t. When my first son was small, he used to go through 8 poopy diapers in a day. My third son? I can’t count quite yet.

Disclosure: I have partnered with the Huggies® brand to help promote Huggies® Every Little Bottom program. I have been compensated for my time commitment to the program, which includes writing about my own experiences. My opinions and actions are entirely my own. As ambassadors, Whit and I’ll give you different ideas for participating where you live.

You really are so amazing to do that! There are so many moms in need of diapers, and it breaks my heart to know there are so many babies sitting in dirty diapers because their moms dont have money for more…go you!!
