I feel like it would be much more efficient to vacuum the drapes, and then do some additional exercises separately. Not that I’ve ever vacuumed drapes in my life…seriously it’s an effort just to keep up with sweeping the excessive crumbs under our toddler’s spot at the table.

I get the combo of exercise while you’re cleaning…but that…wow…um…’after dark’ is right. Looks like those moves could also come in handy in…well, in other rooms of the house!

HA! Exercising while cleaning? How about cleaning as exercise, period? When you have 2 two year olds that you’re cleaning up after constantly, I get all the exercise I want.

The comment about Showtime after Dark, though, made me chuckle.
