It sometimes is hard to do. We tell ourselves, “But, but, but! What if I need this whatchamacallit NEXT YEAR??” The reality is, we won’t. And even if we do, we will likely forget about it amongst the clutter. Rule of thumb: if you haven’t used it in 12 months, you probably won’t use it, ever. So give it to someone who will, and get organized!

I’m an entrepreneur with a new business that keeps me extremely busy. I try to eat healthy and cook for myself and avoid the lure of take-out as much as possible- but when I’m running around from meeting to meeting or trying to stay up to date with emails- it can get difficult. These simple tips really help me stay organized and manage my time in the kitchen…
