		<description><![CDATA[I just read that it takes 21 days to get into a new habit. I&#039;m trying to decide what habit to experiment with. Flossing would indeed be a good one.  I would like to try push ups and sit ups when I get out of bed... but alas, there is typically someone either calling &quot;Mommy!&quot; or crying for the boob when I get out of bed in the morning.]]></description>
