We’re still doing about 3 to 4 naps a day. But right now, Holden is having his usual I-hate-Mondays and I-won’t-nap-for-you thing. After the requisite nap routine, fussing, talking, diaper “situations”, I gave up and we played. Well, it is very clear that he is still sleepy, so I did the stealth-swing nap move (in total violation of our established nap procedures):
The side-to-side swing is not the one we have, but whenever we visit friend’s houses who have it, he jumps right in.

When you bother to cook, double it and freeze half. Make sure to freeze in portions that you’ll want to use because nothing bums me out faster than trying to defrost the entire basketball-size brick of beef stew because I can’t snap off a portion for me and Alec.
